WORKING TOWARDS A RACE GOAL
Our personalised training package is perfect for anyone working towards a goal race who wants support and training advice. If you've tried following a range of off-the-shelf training plans in the past and found you have trouble sticking to it, or if you have a lifestyle that means regular training sessions are difficult to fit in, this route is for you.
Planning is the key!
With online coaching you can opt to be in contact every week. You'll tell me how your sessions have gone and I'll adjust your training plans accordingly. We'll have an initial face to face meeting where you'll share your goals and running history. This will give me a good idea of you as a runner, how you like to train and how often. Setting a challenging but realistic goal is the next step and we then plan on how to get you there
KEEPING YOU ON TRACK
With a monthly coaching package you will get regular input to assess your ongoing training and your plan will be adapted as the weeks progress. I'll be on hand to answer any questions you have or for your to just share your experiences. You will have access to specialised support in physiotherapy, sports massage, personal training needs and race experience. We can give you support in everything you need to make race day success.

I offer a variety of packages for all runners at all levels of experience and training for any distance. If you’re looking to improve your running and take it to the next level, you can find the support and resources you need right here.
A full top to toe analysis of your running technique using up to date techniques and expert analysis of all aspects of your form.
Feedback is a key part of the analysis and you will receive a full written report with 'next steps' to further develop your technique.
TRAINING PLANS & 1:1 RUNS
A baseline assessment is perfect to set you on the road to preparing for any event from 5k to Ultra marathon. Following the analysis a personalised training plan will be created for you based on your running goals and your 'life' commitments.
If you want a 1:1 guided run then we can arrange something bespoke to your needs. Nothing is impossible.
MONTHLY RUN PACKAGE
£60 per month
This is the best package if you want to sustain your commitment to training over a longer period of time. Goals are set and monitored weekly to ensure you get the best from your run plan. E-mail Q&A is part of the package and there is one face to face run coaching session per month.
This package is PERFECT for BEGINNERS as it gets you off on the right track and keeps you there.
