For those of you who are looking for run plans to take you to the next stage, look no further! Here are our Run Plans for BEGINNERS up to 5k and for the leap up to 10k. The number of weeks can vary according to your level of fitness, confidence and the amount of TIME you have. Both are founded on the run/walk system which is proven to get you to increase your distance AND speed in the safest way possible - avoiding injury is the key here!
