EVALUATING THE DATA
Our run analysis is a combination of visual video analysis (with the all-important 'before' and 'after ' shots) and the evaluation of collected data designed to critique your run technique at different speeds.
The analysis covers: ground contact time, ground contact balance, cadence, stride length, vertical oscillation, and vertical ratio. For serious runners, this information is invaluable in making improvements in areas such as pace and form.
