Need a little extra feedback on your running or some extra encouragement?

One-on-one sessions will be personalised to you, your level and your individual goals.  They will include a combination of running drills, interval training, stretches and some strength exercises, all designed to boost your performance.

Cross-training is vital for injury free running and bespoke personal training sessions work alongside your running to build your levels of strength and flexibility.  Running injury-free is the basis of all my training programmes.

Guided runs are also a good option if you’re marathon training and finding it hard to motivate yourself on the longer runs or need new routes.
